Kia ora, hello, Talofa lava, Malo e lelei, Malo ni, Mauri, Kia orana, Noa’ia, Bula vinaka, Fakaalofa lahi atu, Fakatalofa atu,

Yes! The property and construction industry’s premier scholarships are about to open for the 2026 scholarship season.  Applications can be completed through our website from 1 June to 1 September this year.

Once again we will be offering up to 13 Study Awards for school leavers from around the motu who meet our eligibility criteria and will be entering their first year of tertiary study in 2026.

In addition, we are also offering one other industry sponsored school leaver scholarship (students can apply for both scholarships if they meet the criteria):

  • Keystone Trust and C3 Construction Scholarship for a school leaver studying a Bachelor of Construction at the Auckland campuses of Unitec, Massey or AUT.  This scholarship will be for three years and also includes paid work experience for the student as they learn on the job about construction, property development, management, and finance.

Full details regarding all scholarships can be found on our website from 1 June so bookmark the date and website in your calendars now!

A Study Award offers a recipient:

  • a scholarship of $5,500 per annum for up to three years for tertiary study/ textbooks/course costs/accommodation ($16,500)
  • a first-year study buddy with an existing Keystone Trust student
  • industry mentoring in their second year
  • introductions to our industry sponsors through events and activities
  • workshops, site visits and paid internships
  • pastoral support through our dedicated Student Support Manager
