Mini Open Day
Our first on campus event post-lockdown, the Mini Open Day is just like our annual Open Day, but on a slightly smaller scale! You, your friends and whānau will have the opportunity to have one-on-one conversations with our faculty and admissions team, so that you can find out everything you need to know about applying for and studying with Media Design School.

Annual Open Day
Our next Annual Open Day is Saturday August 15th!
Join us at our major Annual Open Day to meet our friendly faculty, learn about our programmes and find out everything you need to know about joining Media Design School. In each session you’ll be able to ask the programme leaders any questions you have about our courses. You’ll be able to explore our studio-like learning environment, tinker with our state-of-the-art tech, and see for yourself why Media Design School is New Zealand’s most awarded tertiary provider of creative and digital technology qualifications.

Bright Awards
Bright Awards is back for 2020! The Bright Awards is a celebration of the secondary school students across Aotearoa who are bringing their creative craft to life.
The Bright Awards give up and coming creatives the opportunity to showcase their hard work and take the first step towards making a name for themselves in the industry. Each winner of the Bright Awards will not only be recognised as one of New Zealand’s up-and-coming emerging creative talents, they will also win major prizes for themselves and their schools.
The winner of each category wins $1000 for themselves and $3000 for their school! Your school could also be in the running to win the Bright School of the Year Award.
