The Kids at #134 offers a unique and fun holiday programme as part of the Birkdale Beach
Haven Community Project. Our programme aims to enrich children, aged 5 – 13 years old
by offering unique, fun and exciting experiences in a safe and secure environment.

We are looking for some volunteers over the age of 14 who know how to have fun but can
also help us ensure the safe running of our school holiday programme.

The volunteers will help to ensure the smooth running of the daily activities, organise
games, supervise, and have fun interacting with the kids. Must be available during the
school holidays.

The right people should:
• Be able to work in a team.
• Be able to run games and activities.
• Bring some creative or sport skills to the team.
• Have good communication skills and clear English.
• May have experience with working with children or be keen to gain some experience.

Skills in Community or any OSCAR training and experience would be a plus.

Full onsite training provided. This is a great opportunity that may lead to paid employment
once the volunteer reaches the age of 16.
