Like Open Day, this is an opportunity for students to come onto our campus between 10am-3pm, to meet and talk with staff, attend info sessions, tour the campus and halls, and complete an application to enrol. More information on this will be provided soon.
- New deadlines for scholarships – closing 15 September
For students studying science or engineering, the University offers admission fees scholarships which students can start applying for now. Click here for the online application forms. This year the Faculty of Science and Engineering awarded 16 admission fees scholarships worth $74,000 in total.
For students studying law, there are three entrance scholarships to apply for. Click here for the online application forms.
All of these scholarships can be held in conjunction with an Academic Merit or Academic ExcellenceScholarship.
- Waikato University students now eligible for DairyNZ Scholarships – closing 7 December
Students planning to study a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science (Technology), Bachelor of Business Analysis (Agribusiness) or a Bachelor of Management Studies (Agribusiness) are now eligible to apply for a DairyNZ scholarship which pays up to $6325 of a student’s fees for four years. - Regional information evenings – 3 August – 17 September
