Architectural Fabrication (28th & 29th Sep, 10am – 3pm)
Grow your knowledge for architectural software, fabrication detailing, and get hands-on experience making actual artifacts on laser cutters and CNC router machines.
Intro to Early Childhood Education (29th Sep, 9.30am – 2.30pm)
You’ll gain a perspective for teaching children at the early developmental stages while exploring play through sensory, interactive and creative activities. Our lecturers will also take you through what you need to know to enter the Bachelor of Teaching ECE.
Building, Modelling and Design (1st Oct, 10am – 2pm)
Learn why buildings are the built the way they are, and use new software that will help you sketch, plan and design your own building.
Intro to Quantity Surveying (1st Oct, 10am – 2pm)
Our Unitec students build houses on site and we want you to produce quantities for them. Get real-life experience in the field, and learn how Quantity Surveyors get things done.
Metal and Woodworking (6th Oct, 10am – 2pm)
Come and work with our UPC Lecturers. You’ll get an introduction to wrought iron work while using engineering, metal and woodworking hand tools. And you’ll get to work on a handcrafted item to take home too.
